There is a single rate for the services of a caregiver and the tasks performed, based on the number of services requested.

Yes, we are available to meet clients at their homes or at our office during business hours.

To ensure a good match, our caregivers are willing to meet with the service recipient or their caregivers.

All our caregivers are properly trained and hold their CPR, PDSB certifications, and have a minimum of one year of experience.

Our services include

  • File opening
  • File management (complete various government forms)
  • Hygiene services, meal preparation, accompaniment to appointments or other travel, light maintenance, washing, assistance with medication
  • Telephone access to a nurse for immediate assistance or recommendation

Our services are offered to the population of the Laurentians, from Rosemère to Mont-Tremblant.

The waiting period is 24 to 48 hours.

No, there are no fees for opening a file; this can be done via telephone or in person by a nurse.

Yes, for any emergency, our call service is available 24/7.
