Training
Training is a top priority for us. All of our staff are trained in personal care and are required to have their CPR, PDSB, and Law 90 certifications (optional) at the time of hire. At Ressources Santé LM, training is an ongoing process, and our staff regularly receive training to renew their certifications. Additionally, the company commits to reimbursing the renewal fees for licenses with a commitment from the employee. We also offer training opportunities for those who wish to pursue a career in home care.

Préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires/Auxiliaire en santé et services sociaux

Description du poste : Assignation à domicile ou en établissement, service auprès d'une clientèle en perte d'autonomie dans le respect et la dignité tout en observant les recommandations de l'établissement et les procédures de Ressources Santé LM.

Infirmier ou infirmière licencié(e)

RESPONSABILITÉS – Membre de l'ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec: son rôle consiste à donner les soins de base, mais aussi à dispenser des soins tels que les injections (sauf les intraveineuses), les pansements, effectuer des prises de signes vitaux, distribuer des médicaments, prendre le taux de la glycémie, ect. Cette tâche peut être effectuée en établissement comme à domicile.
